Contracting Party

These Terms of Agreements (hereinafter the "Terms of Agreements") are concluded between you and elitesoftgame LLC, registered in new mexico, united states under company registration number 7856482, with its registered address at 8206 LOUISIANA BLVD NE, STE A #4677, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87113, USA (hereinafter "elitesoftgame LLC", "the Site Administration", "we" or "us"). elitesoftgame LLC is the operator of this website and the seller of record for all orders placed on it. User Agreement

The website https://elitesoftgame.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is an online resource that provides analyzing applications for various PC games, a personal user profile, a user communication platform, and other sections. An analyzing application (hereinafter referred to as "Analyzing Application" or "Product") is software designed to run on a computer, offering recommendations, help and assistance to our users in a game without affecting game-play. Use of the Site or Analyzing Application is only permitted under the terms outlined in these Terms of Agreements. If you disagree with these Terms of Agreements, you should immediately stop using the Site and Analyzing Application. Use of the Site or Analyzing Application indicates acceptance of these Terms of Agreements.

Definitions

Site — an internet resource located at https://elitesoftgame.com. Depending on the context, the Site also refers to the Site's software, design (graphic layout), database, any section or subsection, as well as information posted on the Site by the Site Administration.

Site Administration — the entity owning all relevant exclusive property rights to the Site or Analyzing Application, including rights to the Site's domain name, and responsible for its administration.

User — an individual who has purchased an elitesoftgame LLC Product, completed the registration process, received an individual login and password, and has their own Profile. For the purposes of these Terms of Agreements, a User may also refer to any individual who has not purchased the Product but accesses the Site or Analyzing Application and/or uses or has used it. By accessing the Site or Analyzing Application, any individual thereby confirms full acceptance of these Terms of Agreements, as well as the applicability of all requirements outlined in them.

User Profile or Profile — a dedicated section of the Site where the User's personal information and other data that only the User can post is located.

Information — any data, messages, or content in any form posted by the User on the Site, including personal information, links to other websites, text messages, photos, audio or video content, software, and other files.

Database — an objective form of providing and organizing data systematically, enabling data search and processing using the Site or Analyzing Application's software-hardware capabilities.

Any terms and concepts not defined in this "Definitions" section will be interpreted according to the context of these Terms of Agreements. In case of any disputes regarding the interpretation of terms used in these Terms of Agreements, the interpretation defined by the Site Administration will apply.

Subject and General Provisions of the Terms of Agreements

These Terms of Agreements establish the rules and terms for using the Site or Analyzing Application. Accessing, using the Site or Analyzing Application, or performing any actions on the Site or within the Analyzing Application implies that the User accepts and agrees to comply with all terms of these Terms of Agreements. User registration on the Site is possible only after confirming acceptance of these Terms of Agreements. The Site Administration may modify these Terms of Agreements at any time without special notification. The new version of the Terms of Agreements takes effect upon publication on the Site unless otherwise specified in the updated Terms of Agreements.

User's Personal Data

User Profile information may contain the User's personal data. The Site Administration, when processing Users' personal data, agrees to implement all organizational and technical measures to protect this data from unauthorized access in ways not permitted by the Site or Analyzing Application. However, in the event of a Site or Analyzing Application failure, viral or hacker attacks, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances, Users' personal data may become accessible to others. The User understands this and agrees not to hold the Site Administration responsible for any resulting claims, considering that they make their personal data publicly available. By listing their personal data on the Site, the User unconditionally consents to:

The processing of their personal data by the Site Administration;

Other actions by the Site Administration regarding such data as related to the Site or Analyzing Application's operation.

By posting their personal data on the Site, the User confirms that they do so voluntarily and that they voluntarily provide this information to the Site Administration for processing. The Site Administration only processes personal data that the User has posted on the Site or that has been processed by the Analyzing Application. The purpose of processing Users' personal data is to compile a user database. User data is processed through the Site or Analyzing Application's software-hardware means. Personal data processing continues as long as it remains on the Site or within the Analyzing Application. If personal data posted on the Site or User Profile is deleted, the Site Administration will cease processing it, although the Site Administration reserves the right to retain an archive copy of this data for an indefinite period. Processing Users' data for Site/Analyzing Application functionality does not itself lead to any adverse effects for the User. The Site Administration is not responsible for the use of Users' personal data by third parties. The User agrees not to post the personal data of others on the Site, nor to use other Users' personal data for illegal purposes, personal gain, or any purpose inconsistent with the Site or Analyzing Application's creation.

License Agreement for Using the elitesoftgame LLC Product

The User agrees not to distribute the elitesoftgame LLC Product on the internet or in any other digital data storage locations.

As a condition of use, the User agrees not to use the elitesoftgame LLC Product for any illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms of Agreements.

The User has no right to reverse-engineer, analyze, or modify the elitesoftgame LLC Product, nor to transfer their login credentials (username and password) or resell the Product to third parties.

To prevent product distribution elitesoftgame LLC binds the Product to the computer, making it impossible to run the Product on other or multiple computers. The Product will only work on the computer on which it was first launched. (Replacement of internal computer components is equivalent to launching the Product on a different computer.)

Any rule violation will result in an indefinite subscription ban or other disciplinary actions as permitted by these Terms of Agreements and the User's rights.

The Site Administration has the right to store and process user information: the computer name, IP address, and other possible User data that is not the User's personal data (such as passwords and computer files) but could be considered personal data under these Terms of Agreements.

The User assumes all responsibility for any consequences of using the Analyzing Application.

The User consents to the sending of anonymous statistics to improve the quality of the elitesoftgame LLC Product.

All rights to modify and distribute the Product belong to elitesoftgame LLC.
